I learnt so much, but the one thing that stood out for me is being able to understand Scripture in terms of such things as the author's intent, language usage, format in which it was written, historical context, etc. So much made sense to me when I understood this.
I think the foundation of everything that I learned in the track course is knowing who Jesus is, which was well taught in the Gospel of John course. Especially when the course highlighted the seven "I AM" of Jesus as God. I found the revelation both intriguing and satisfying.
The mentorship component is great. I loved it. I enjoyed everything about this component and my mentor was awesome!
The high quality of the lectures and intellectual challenges they presented from a theological perspective, even though watching them as video recordings — the impact of the lectures were undiminished.
2 Tim 2:15: "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth."
Participating in the Tracks Program is a way of preparation to present myself to God as a servant who is ready to do my Master's will.
I am in Maldives and there are no Bible Colleges, no church and the Tracks Program was a gift given by God for me to learn the scripture and equip myself to do ministry in a country like Maldives.
