How Does the Tracks Program Work?

We’ve designed the Tracks Program to fit your life and ministry while ensuring you gain real skills and knowledge.

  1. Apply & Get Accepted: Submit your application and complete orientation to confirm readiness. This step ensures you’re prepared to succeed.
  2. Complete Coursework: Access 30+ hours of video lectures and readings through our online dashboard. Learn at your own pace, but stay on track with clear milestones.
  3. Meet With Your Coach: At the halfway point, you’ll begin six one-on-one coaching sessions. These meetings focus on spiritual formation and practical ministry application.
  4. Finish Assignments: Write two papers, complete reading requirements, and prepare a teaching project that you’ll deliver in your own ministry setting.
  5. Graduate & Celebrate: Pass the final exam and join a global celebration of leaders who’ve completed the program. You’ll receive formal recognition and next-step guidance.

FAQ

  • When does the Tracks Program begin?

    We have two cohorts for the Tracks Program each year, one starts in May, the other in November.

  • When will the teaching lectures be during the program?

    All the lectures are video lectures which can be accessed at any point. You will go through approximately 30 hours of video at your own pace throughout the semester.

  • What assignments or homework will be required during the program?

    Throughout the video lectures there are short quizzes you will need to complete. Then there are four major assignments: 2 writing assignments, a set of reading assignments, and a teaching assignment.

    The two writing assignments will each be about 5 pages long. There will be about 300 pages of reading assignments. And the teaching assignment will be to teach 4 lessons in your own context.

  • Do I need to nominate a coach to be accepted?

    No, you do not. While we absolutely encourage students to find a coach in their own community and context, we do have a small pool of volunteer coaches we can assign to you at the halfway point of the semester.
